Freedom for Farmers NC was formed in 2025 in response to the deeply flawed North Carolina Farm Act—a bill that posed a serious threat to the rights of farmers, ranchers, small food producers, and everyday consumers across the state.

What began as a grassroots movement has since grown into a coalition of concerned citizens determined to protect agricultural freedom, expose legislative overreach, and stand against any future bills like it. Our mission is clear: kill harmful legislation, educate the public, and expand the rights of those who grow, raise, produce, and consume food in North Carolina.
